Initially I was at a loss of how to express myself. Reuben has allowed me into a world of inclusion and purpose. Every day has meaning now. Self care is not selfish it's important. Opening myself to others has given me focus. I can listen,learn and grow as a person by connecting with others. Reuben has given me strength at 61 that I was missing. My time with him has convinced me that this is only the beginning. I will forever be great full.
